Shipping Policy / Information

We Ship to the 48 contiguous states (Sorry Alaska & Hawaii).

You must provide a physical address; our carrier will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, with delivery on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday depending on your proximity to our distribution center.

Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges are deeply discounted from the actual cost. We apply a standard shipping fee to all orders:

     Full Case: $15.00


If no one is home at the time of delivery, our freight carrier will leave your package at your door.

Please arrange for someone to be available to place your Foam into a refrigerator or freezer quickly. Summer weather will reduce the time that Foam will remain at refrigerated temperature in our specially designed cooler. See How Foam is Shipped below.

We monitor extreme weather and natural disasters and will hold your order if it is not deliverable. You will be notified of this delay using the email address and/or phone number given on your order form.

Refrigerate or freeze your order immediately upon receipt.

How Foam is Shipped:

Foam is shipped in thick Styrofoam shipping boxes and is packed with Gel-Ice and Dry-Ice. Foam should arrive cold, partially frozen or frozen. In the event Foam is thawed, it is fine to refreeze. It is normal for all the dry ice to be gone when your package arrives. If some dry ice remains, do not handle it with your bare hands.

You will receive an order confirmation by email and we track all packages to ensure on-time delivery. All shipping charges include the Styrofoam shipping box and cooling agents.

Tracking Your Shipment

Shipping confirmations are available for any order that was submitted with an email address. Once you have placed the order an email confirmation will immediately be sent to you confirming the order details.

On the day your package actually ships from our facility we will email you another notification with your tracking details. This email will include links for you to click on to track your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages & Missing or Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to address issues we will immediately attempt to contact you and/or the recipient using the information you provided with your order. If we are unable to contact you or the recipient and are unable to resolve the issue ourselves, then neither Simply Sublime Foods, Inc. nor the carrier will be held responsible for product loss, shipping charges or damages. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.
