Foam Refund/Return Policy

We cannot accept returns on perishable products, and will only issue a refund when damaged during shipment or delivered after the third transit day. We call this our Delivery Window. Our Stay Cold packaging has been tested in extreme temperatures, over the course of our 3 day shipping model, to ensure delivery at refrigerated temperatures regardless of ambient conditions. However, even our Stay Cold packaging has its limits, and we cannot guarantee refrigerated temperatures beyond our Delivery Window. Please make sure to have someone available to place product in the refrigerator or freezer at the time of delivery as we will not refund orders delivered within our Delivery Window as recorded by our delivery service. We will not issue a refund for product stolen when left at your door by our delivery service. If you are concerned with the possibility of theft, please have the delivery made to a business or place of employment.
